Standard Return Policy We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Holiday Return Policy: Extension on Standard Return Policy. Any item purchased November 1 or after may be returned through January 31st.

- Keep your coat dry, allowing it to thoroughly dry after use
- Gently remove dust, dirt, water or snow from the fur before storage
- Do not sit on your furs for prolonged periods of time or subject them to pressure
- Hang it on an appropriately sized contoured hanger when you store it
- Store it in a cool, dark & dry place
- Never store it in a plastic bag
- Address water damage right away
